Adding focus on monitoring of impact-mitigating activities

I think that it is very important to provide the private sector with tools not only to assess their dependency and impacts on biodiversity but  also 

their success in reducing the negative impacts/ increasing the positive impacts. E.g. the footprint size metrics mentioned by Dr. Crowley
