Description of Impact(s) (English Only) Based on the success of the IPBES Global Assessment, the Platform was included, for the first time ever, in 10 different IUCN Regional Conservation Forums, augemented by invitations to IUCN participants for greater enagement with IPBES, as well as greater use of IPBES products in IUCN activities. In total, this outreach engaged about 2500 scientists, practitioners, officials and NGOs. These events also included the participation of Global Assessment authors (co-chairs, CLAs, etc.).
