Maybe we are only used to focus on the first one, education? And even education seems far below the prominent points (e.g. ongoing discussions about hard indicators) in e.g. the post2020 CBD discussions. Do you agree that ENABLING CONDITIONS (e.g. youth becoming aware of both the problem, and their own agency to act on it) -> sets the scene for support for action (e.g. dinner table discussions effectively talking to people’s values and identities) -> changes behavior and causes action (e.g. national election outcomes)?

-How do we frame an effective enquiry about the role of formal and informal educational policy? Platforms to engage with people’s feelings and identities through art etc. etc.? Whether and how such issues should climb the policy priority ladder?
