Description of Impact(s) (English Only) Shortly after the launch of the IPBES Global Assessment, Welsh Members of Parliament referenced the findings in support of a proposal for a non-carbon emission public vehicles bill. They also formally questioned Lesley Griffiths, the Welsh Minister for Environment, Energy and Rural Affairs, on the issue of biodiversity loss in Wales.
