{Empty}
Following a BES-Net Trialogue on Pollinators, Food Security and Climate Resilience in Santo Domingo, the Ministry of Environment of the Dominican Republic has decided to include mandatory consideration of pollinators and habitats in biodiversity and ecosystem surveys. These considerations will also be included in the monitoring and support programs for the management of the landscaping of the hotels in Bavaro-Punta Cana and throughout the country. The Terms of Reference of the Environmental Impact Assessment Studies will now have to also include an appendix on pollinators.
