The workshop is scheduled for 25 and 28 April 2022.

The objectives of the second workshop on modelling Nature Futures are as follows: 

1.    Share updates on the progress of modelling NFF case studies since the previous workshop, to identify successes and challenges towards improving the operationalization of the NFF;

2.    Define a strategy to transition NFF modelling to the broader scientific community and explore the next steps for doing so, including a plan on how to coordinate and engage key modelling communities, including:

a.    the biodiversity and ecosystem service modelling communities

b.    the community working on modelling indirect and direct drivers (including the IAM community), 

c.    the community working on sub-global scenarios (from landscape to regional scale).
