The Intercontinental Hotel has been chosen as the venue for IPBES-6, both for its comfort and quality, as well as its excellent location. A 10 minute taxi ride from the Plaza Mayor conference centre, it is also within easy reach of shopping centres and places of entertainment.

Please note however that due to other major events going on around this time there are only a limited number of rooms at the starting price of US$96 (approximately 60) and we would therefore urge you to make your reservation as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
