Côte d'Ivoire crafts road map on using IPBES Assessment at national and local level

Description of Impact(s) (English Only) At a regional workshop in Côte d’Ivoire in April 2018, representatives from the Government, academia and others crafted a time-bound road map sketching how they will use the IPBES Africa Assessment results at national and local level. Activities within the plan include appointing an IPBES National Focal Point; establishing a national platform to coordinate experts in science, policy and society on biodiversity and ecosystem services; as well as implementing a Platform Action Plan.
