G7 G-Science Academies use IPBES Global Assessment and Conceptual Framework to call on G7 to Integrate Multiple Values of Biodiversity into Decison-Making

Description of Impact(s) (English Only) The Science Academies (G-Science Academies) of the Group of Seven (G7) nations use the IPBES Global Assessment Report and the IPBES Conceptual Framework, specifically the work on nature's contrinutions to people (NCP) to express their view on the magnitude of biodiversity decline and the urgent action required to halt and reverse this trend. They call on the G7 nations to integrate the multiple values of biodiversity into decision-making, and to pursue cross-sectoral solutions that address the biodiversity, climate and other linked crises in a coordinated manner.
