Description of Impact(s) (English Only) After the release of the IPBES Global Assessment inspired the Glasgow City Council to declaration an ecological emergency in May 2019, in November 2020 the Council's Ecological Emergency Working Group published its Report and Recommendations, which prominently cites the IPBES Global Assessment and discusses how the primary drivers of biodiversity loss fit into a local Glaswegian context.
