LDCs. SIDS and Vulnerable Nations and how they relate to Transformative Change

In reference to your discussion about how the context of inequality plays a role in Transformative change, we would like some focus on the following question:

How has context of LDC, Vulnerable Nations and SIDS, particularly as it relates to their ability to carry out transformative change, been considered at this phase of the process, and how will this be addressed in the assessment report. This is under the consideration that SIDS and LDC are often at the forefront of the burden and effects of biodiversity loss, but yet are often most inadequately equiped to effect Transformative Change.
