Government of Ireland lauches Biodiversity Climate Change Sectoral Adaptation Plan citing IPBES Global Assessment

Description of Impact(s) (English Only) Referencing evidence from IPBES Global Assessment Report, Government of Ireland Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht launches The Biodiversity Climate Change Sectoral Adaptation Plan with the goal to protect biodiversity from the impacts of climate change and to conserve and manage ecosystems. The Plan follows the declaration of a climate change and biodiversity emergency by Lower House of the Irish Parliament in May 2019 similarly inspired by IPBES Global Assessment Report.
