This document draws on the findings from the IPBES Biodiversity and Pandemics Workshop Report on the scale of potential impacts of zoonotic pathogens on public and animal health (and their economic consequences), as well as the IPBS Global Assessment Report, Sustainable Use of Wildlife Assessment Report and Invasive Alien Species Assessment Report.
